František Panoch, the father of the witness, in his office. In the 1930s, he held the position of export manager at the Prokop and sons mill machinery factory. After 1948, the communists fired him from the factory and he never got a job matching his education and skills.

Otec pamětníka František Panoch ve své kanceláři. V továrně na mlýnské stroje Prokop a synové zastával ve 30. letech pozici šéfa exportu. Po roce 1948 ho komunisté z továrny vyhodili a už nikdy nedostal práci odpovídající jeho vzdělání a schopnostem.
